Single/Resident (Over 21 years of age)
Initiation Fee: $3,000 • Dues per month: $255
Intermediate/Resident (Age 36-39)
Initiation Fee: $2,500 • Dues per month: $385
(Upon reaching the age of 40 years, dues will increase to Family/Resident)
Junior-Intermediate/Resident (Age 30-35)
Initiation Fee: $2,000 • Dues per month: $270
(Upon reaching the age of 36 years, dues will increase to Intermediate/Resident)
Junior/Resident (Age 21-29)
Initiation Fee: $1,500 • Dues per month: $198
(Upon reaching the age of 30 years, dues will increase to Junior-Intermediate)
Military / Law Enforcement / First Responders / Resident (Over 21 years of age, active duty or 20 yrs. experience)
Initiation Fee: $500 • Dues per month: $185

Social Intermediate (Age 36-39)

Social Junior-Intermediate (Age 30-35)
Initiation Fee: $1,000 • Dues per month: $145
(Upon reaching the age of 36 years, dues will increase to Social Intermediate)
Social Junior (Age 21-29)
Initiation Fee: $1,000 • Dues per month: $125
(Upon reaching the age of 30 years, dues will increase to Social Junior-Intermediate)

A membership to Nautilus Fitness Center is included in your Berry Hills membership. Simply call the desired Nautilus location to set up an appointment for enrollment. Be sure to state that you’re a member of Berry Hills Country Club.

Dues will be charged at the current monthly rate. There is no lock-in on dues. For all members except non-resident, a quarterly food minimum of $250 must be spent. This may be spent in any of our dining room areas including the pool and locker room. The amount credited is exclusive of service charge and tax. It can be applied only to food purchases.
All Golfing memberships, except Non-Resident, will be charged for club storage, $122, billed in December, yearly handicap fees, $35.00 each member, and a yearly range fee, $175, 1/3 billed April, May, June. Full Lockers ($181 year), Half Lockers ($91.00) billed in April, available for men and women.
All memberships, except Non-Resident, include a membership to Nautilus Fitness Club. Initiation fee is waived with two-year agreement (Military waived with one-year agreement).
